I was a bit dubious about this cheap screen, but I have to admit it works perfectly well and it was a perfect fit.As far as I can tell, it detects the finger touches exactly like the original apple one that I accidentally destroyed when removing it.Looking at it now, you would never know it wasn't the original screen.When fitting, test it before sticking it down. This is easy enough to do. Make sure the ribbon cable is securely locked in place and carefully support the screen while testing it.Only 4 stars because a couple of the small supplied sticky tape cut-outs were missing. Otherwise it would have been five.Also, it wouldn't have hurt for them to supply some instructions or at least a link to some. I followed the ifixit instructions online and they were straightforward.Be aware that it doesn't come with the home-button, but this is easy to transfer from the old screen.

Used it as a third replacement on my other half's Ipad due to series of freak accidents and lack of finance to purchase new one. I have now got it down to a fine art but you need to follow an online guide initially, take your time and be patient and methodical. Everything worked as it should although adhesion could be better in spite of careful cleaning of surfaces with alcohol, You will almost certainly lose the plastic beading on the outside of screen so it is worth buying a cheap and cheerful soft plastic protective case that covers the edges. Overall, a huge saving on an Apple repair shop if you feel reasonably confident.

Purchased for my sons I pad. Having never replaced a screen before, I found this to be a good quality product and was to use. It came with tools but no instructions so I followed an instructional youtube video which probably worked out for the best.It doesn't come with a home button so remember to keep the one you have.I was expecting it to be plastic but its glass so overall I was very pleased because for the price it won't be a massive deal when I have to replace it again in a few weeks instead of paying the repair guy 150 thousand pounds!!

Good for the money. Terrible for the instructions. They don't tell you in detail how to change the screen, I ended up breaking bits getting the old one off. Didn't mention that important parts would be stuck to the screen.

Great product, but I ordered it wrong it should have been a mini. This was due to confusion on the website. I was looking at black mini and it showed white underneath so I thought it was for the mini. My only issue is I'm a prime customer got free next day and when I have arranged the return I am been charged £3.99 on this basis I won't renew my prime

After removing old screen, carefully cleaning off ALL old adhesive, fitted new screen. Worked first time 😀.After reading the negative feedbacks must say I was a little concerned.........No problem just make sure you don't touch the LCD (magnet for fingerprints 😩).GOLDEN RULES ........TAKE YOUR TIME, DON'T RUSH & MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CLEAN.

Did the job a treat. I followed a YouTube tutorial and it took me a couple of attempts to get the home button in the right place, I used a roll of double sided sticky tape instead of the supplied stickers. But it's now like new. Home button works and the screen is as responsive as ever. Really good.

Can't fault the product. There are no instructions. My only advice is watch all the you tube clips and then watch out for the sound wires at the top right. For some reason they are not shown on the videos. This pack does have everything you need to change the screen. You might want to add a bezel if you damage the old one
