Fast and accurate.

I've tried cheaper instant read thermometers but they are slow and track poorly. Once adjusted to 1 degree f increments (you can choose c or f and 1 degree or 0.1) this tracks quickly and settles well. The rotating screen is actually way more useful than I expected, the auto lit screen with light sensor v.useful on BBQ's and it takes a simple pencil battery which is better than the non pro version (watch battery). Its also waterproof. What not to like?
