Ordered two of the same model for my mother & aunt. Both came in original box and well sealed. Both were unboxed by myself to check if working. I charged them and turned on them both. Best thing of Samsung A04 is that it comes with charger and it is a good basic smart phone. Both phones are working fine as of now.
