BISSELLPerfect Sweep Turbo Cordless Rechargeable Sweeper, 2880A

I use them for everything except stairs. Have been using two of them for at least five years.

Does not have a 3 point UK plug so can't charge. Had a look to locate the 'dust cup' there isn't one, just an empty space. I want to return but this company has a no return policy. Pretty sure there are laws about unused defective products and refunds. IF I do not receive a refund then I will look into the laws around this. Meantime I'd like to hear from the seller or amazon, within 7 days at which point I will contact my bank to claim the money back based on a faulty unusable product.

Bought 2 one for me and one for mum … unfortunately it comes with an American style plug and you have to spend money buying an adapter! Works ok on carpet but wooden floors not so great , seems to spit out fluff , probably wouldn’t buy again

Very pleased with turbo sweep however please note as this product was not available in uk this item came from with amazon from USA and had a usa plug to get it changed thankfully i had one usa plug to charge it so be aware of this ok

This is a very efficient sweeper. Unfortunately it came supplied with an American plug to the charger, which meant I had to buy a converter to be able to charge the battery and use the sweeper.

I received my sweeper and have just done second charge and it's not working now .

Dissatisfied that I can not return item as not fit for purpose if I can't charge it.I'd be happy with a UK charger but unable to return or give feedback to seller.Disappointed in Amazon, never had such poor caster service previously.

I bought the shark cordless for my job, I am a server. It literally only stays charged 12 minutes for a 7 hour charge. CRAZY!! I bought this Bissell and absolutely LOVE it! Stays charged 60 minutes so I can get all my vacuuming done without it dying. I wanted to be "cool" and have a shark but this Bissell out shines it by a long run!!! I recommend it to ALL my co workers.

It’s not a vacuum, it’s a sweeper. You’d be surprised how dust and dirt comes off the carpets and floors. Easy to clean.

This product is very effective in cleaning up crumbs and debris on the floor. At first I had trouble detaching the piece that collects the waste, but I got the hang of removing it. It’s easy for my kids to use, too. Great product!

In less then 3 months I bought 2 Black and Decker sweepers that both stopped working and because they only give a 30 day return policy it was too late on both to return them which I find to be ridiculous. I did contact Black and Decker both times and have not heard back from them. Amazon gives you no way to contact them through email to make a complaint with them.I really like the convenience of having the sweeper so even with my disgust I decided to look for a different brand sweeper. I did my research and read most of the reviews and decided to give this a try. It doesn't get the edges you have to sweep straight on, it doesn't maneuver at all. It is not very powerful and hardly sucks up anything. I tried to use it on my bathroom rugs and the brush just kept dragging the rug into the sweeper. It was not easy to empty because of the lip. It is not worth the money and luckily I get to return this one. Completely disappointed with sweepers at this point. Hope this helps someone save time and money!

I bought this for my guinea pig cage and it's awesome! It gets the hay, poo and hair. Much quicker than the dirt devil hose I was using before. Watch that the liner doesn't get stucked in. It sucks up the straw pieces (you know the ones the piggies toss over their shoulders to get to the good stuff)! It's only day 1 but for the straw alone it's worth it!!
