Q: I bought this for my daughter for christmas and the wall/door at the top won't stay up. Is there a trick to this or do I have a faulty product?

The door on the second floor of the barn should click into place and stay closed.

Q: Missing the girl doll, Lucky, from the play set. How can I get that missing item?

Our set is also missing Lucky, but it appears we only have the 22 piece set versus the 23 piece set listed here. Why the difference? Who the heck knows but perhaps that is your issue as well? However, we received this as a gift. Not sure where it was purchased from. 7 year old daughter doesn't care and is enjoying the set without her.
