My bottle had got damaged in the post and unfortunately arrived with some having leaked out. Indigo was very quick to respond go my query and kindly sent me a replacement bottle the following day. I can't fault their customer service. I am very impressed.Product itself is lovely and adds shine to dull looking hair.

Nice product. Makes the hair soft and silky, but it has not added volume. It seems to repair the hair more than thicken it.

Love the smell, it's an oil but isn't sticky and leave your hair smooth and smelling lovely. Waiting to see if if my hair gets stronger and longer!

I already use the shampoo and conditioner, and this oil is a lovely addition, as well as having the same lovely smell. Also, my hair has grown back at the temple, and is stronger too so I couldn't be happier. Long live Organix and Biotin.

Works well have to wash my hair within 2 days of using instead of the usual 3 use shampoo too which is lovely. Smell is lovely. Spreads well. Does thicken hair when dry. Arrived quickly was sealed.
