Q: Seller: how are you getting 11,000 lumen out of 4 (four) leds which max out at 1,300 lumen apiece? 4 x 1,300 = 5,200 lumen under ideal conditions.

Not the seller but I've owned this light packaged with batteries making it an easy purchase. You should go directly to sofirn's website to read the specs. Idk what led you looked up but the correct model is XHP50.2 Cree 2654lm 18W. Many have tested this light and none disputed its output. The UI is the best there is IMO and it shows its value when the power goes out cause it'll get you through the night without a problem. While you're checking it out, look up what happens when you invest in higher-quality batteries. I own more lights than what makes any sense and this is one of my first flashlights I blame for it. Its bright. 11k bright. You'll love it.

Q: My q8 pro no longer goes into turbo mode. can't get any help from the sofirn site or amazon rep. any ideas?

You likely know this already, but just in case you don't, reset to default by unscrewing until the switch light goes out. Then press and hold the switch while screwing it back on. Youll see a pulse of light if it reset. I've had to do this many times from entering the wrong button combinations. If you tried this already, test the batteries. If they're fine you may have to flash the software or send it back if under warranty

Q: Where is the charging port?

It is located on the body towards the on/off button.

You and Amazon will not like this answer. 1. Buy another one. 2. Return the old one using the new one's info. 3. Problem solved. (Ducking)
