It depends on your size of space, you can take this for reference, 5 cubic feet with 100 gram.

Are there 16 packets that each weigh 100 grams (1600 gr total)? Or 16 packets that each weigh 6.5 grams (16 x 6.5gr = 100grams total)? Thanks!

The order I got was 35 pieces at 50 grams each bag that are smaller looking than the ones you are considering. I would have to assume they are 100 grams each.

How long do they take to recharge for a gun safe ?

Depends on how you recharge them. I have a toaster oven that has a dehydrate setting and it takes 6 to 8 hours. But you can microwave them a minute at a time but must be careful not to over do it.

Kept the rust away from computer parts

Ordered for my son to keep his computer equipment moisture free while we were away for a few days. They did the job. Will be using in a lake cabin this summer in the bathroom closet to keep the damp smell out of towels, etc. Hoping they work.

Good product!!!

Great little product, and great peace of mind too! The ones with all my ammo and gun cases are a few years old now, and I honestly can't tell if they're still working! These are about three times bigger and fresher, so I know they will make excellent replacements for moisture removal!!! I love these packs, they're a perfect size and weight!!!

No whimpy little bags here. Each packet was an excellent size about the size of a pack of cigarettes. I put a couple in each metal box I had to aid in preserving its contents. The packets themselves arrived in a well sealed plastic bag so ready to use when received. Good value. I highly recommend.
