ControlOMatic has just made their line saltwater chlorine generation system better with the release of SmarterSpa+. The nifty chlorine generator has chlorine detection built into the cell and is compatible with smartphones and tablets. You can download the SmarterSpa+ App to your Android or IOS mobile device to manage the generator's control panel.

SmarterSpa+ features two components, an easy-to-use control box that can be mounted to your spa's skirt and a drape-over cell (AKA electrode). You don't need to modify your hot tubs or jacuzzis. Add 1.5 LB of salt per 100 gallons of water, and then drape the cell over the side of the tub. You need to submerge the cell deep into the spa water. Plug the power supply into a wall outlet, and SmarterSpa+ will generate chlorine.
