Great exactly what I was hoping for but you MUST shape it before you wear it otherwise you’ll look like you’re wearing a sailor hat

Beret came in exceptional quality; came ready to shave and form.

Bought this for my partner who has long thick hair and probably should have sized up to accommodate.

This is a well made beret with good quality materials and a nice feel, nice color. However, it is TOO SMALL for me. The description claims it is 61cm/24" but there's no way it's actually that large. For one thing, the actual tag on the beret says "60cm" and not 61, so that alone is misleading. I measured with tailor's tape and I have a 23.5" circumference head; in theory, a size 7 1/2 should be "snug but comfortable"; this beret is *tight* on my head, to the point of being in the "barely fits, uncomfortable." category, as well as the shape being distorted and funny looking. *and* distorting the shape.I suspect this product is intended for women or slightly built European men. If the goal was to discourage Americans from adopting the beret: mission accomplished.

Excellent baret for the money! Very similar to military issue. Highly reccomend!

After reading the reviews I was a little bit confused but I took the chance. And I am not disappointed. The size (true to size), the materials (fabric), the price, the shipping are all very good. All in all very good quality. I recommend it. Mine is white and in white it is hardly available across the internet.
