Ours sits on the kitchen table 24-7 in Minnesota and has for months- it hasn't tarnished yet. I do hand wash and soft towel it dry though.

It looks beautiful but just for decoration the one they sent me has a whole at the bottom so I couldn’t use it to make tea.

it looks great, is NOT marked Made in China or anywhere , does not sit level, but overall I enjoy having it.

Yes, it does. So, please use hand gloves or any cloth to hold the handle please. Otherwise, the teapot is of excellent quality. Its made of Pure lead free brass.
