Q: Can this be easily programmed without a physiotherapist

Yes. I did have advice as to which program that first but there is an information booklet inside. I use the PFW now twice a week, it's 34 minutes long and use that to maintain pelvic floor muscles.

Q: This product is not working (I have changed the batteries) after only using for 20 times over 19months. I believe Amazon give a 2 year guarentee? if

Have you checked the connections of electrode as they are very small wires which can easily be broken if not carefully handled in use of machine- this bit wouldn’t be covered by a guarantee as it’s a consumable part - Ps I’m a physiotherapist!

Q: How long does the probe last? Does it have to be replaced regularly, the same as the Kegel 8 probe?

I’ve been using mine constantly for over a year and I may buy a new one soon. It still works fine though. I’m on my second cable now that attaches from the unit to the probe.
