Item arrived very quickly, when I fitted them into the taps I found they were a little bit loose but I think when you tighten the valves back up it allows the seals to spread. It's made the taps a bit stiffer but I think they will loosen off a bit in time, they're doing the job anyway. Very pleased with this purchase.

Bought these to fix a £110 kitchen tap that developed an annoying drip just 9 months after installing. I was a bit doubtful at first as these washers while the correct size were noticeably thicker than the ones in the tap they were replacing and when inserted into the end of the valve protruded from the end by 2mm. But once the valves were screwed back into the tap they worked perfectly fine, and no more drips. The only downside is turning the taps on and off is now bit stiff, though I'm pretty sure they'll wear in after a while.

The product was too big as in depth, but wasn’t aware of this till I got them, there’s others that would have fitted, but not sure if the seller sells them on Amazon, but you can definitely get them direct from seller on there own web site . Lesson learned.

I liked very much the fact that the measurements were put up on the listing finding this type of tap gasket I think I learnt it was called, not a tap washer was hard. Couldn't find them in the usual high street shops. They do need a name though although this is not your doing but now i know where to get them I am happy

Good but not great

Brilliant just what we wanted,good quality came in good time, we shall be back for more when needed.

These washers are too large to fit in the ceramic washer/holder, unless you take the metal ring out. The metal ring however, is necessary to keep the plastic washer from distorting under pressure from the water feed.
