Very happy with the heater!
So cool! I moved into a home with a fireplace that had been sealed so I wanted an electric insert. This fits perfectly and looks very nice! I like being able to have the flames with or without heat! I left the heat on while we had dinner and when I came back to the room, it was nice and toasty! I turned the sounds on for a few seconds but felt they didn't add to its appeal.

This Is A Nice Heater.
This thing is great. It keeps you warm and has really cool flames. I enjoy listening to the simulated sounds of the flames.

LCD control panel is broken, can't turn on or even see if the heater is on. Seller is AWFUL.
Looks pretty, terrible quality as it doesn't work. Not exactly a warm and fuzzy calming experience. Shoddy workmanship, and a terrible seller to work with. The LCD control panel/display doesn't work. Which means you can't turn it on or off or even tell the temperature setting or even which function it's displaying when you do manage to run it with a remote. As it arrived broken like this, I want to return it. Trying to return it is a few days (so far) of a hassle, so buyer beware. Update: I had to ask Amazon A-Z team to get involved before it was resolved one week after. TEDIOUS experience with the seller refusing to provide a return label, and holding funds hostage with this broken fireplace.

Warm again
We replaced the fireplace in our old entertainment unit. We are seniors but we were able to install it with ease. It is not as 3D as our original unit. But the heat works great.

Beautiful insert with the most amount of features
Beautiful insert, I do wish that the cord was in the middle though instead of the right side. The cord is about 4 ft long so if you don’t have an outlet nearby you may have to get a surge protector. The flame is large and wonderful along with the options. Crackling noises are a huge plus!
