Merriway BH01946 (4 Pcs) Universal Push-Fit White Plastic Radiator Cap - Pack of 4 Pieces

Bought 4 to try due to mixed reviews . They fitted easily, are snug so won't fall off and they look much better than my old broken ones and I think they are good value for money. I will be buying more to replace the discoloured ones on my other radiators.

I initially attempted to push down the plastic radiator cap with the rubber washer still inside the cap. But when the radiator started to wobble a bit as I applied pressure on the valve, I decided to look more carefully at the instructions on Amazon. There was a video in which the guy pushed the washer onto the valve first, and then pushed the cap down. That method worked much better for me. The three radiators which were missing caps now slightly better and I believe that they are safer without the sharp top of the valve exposed. But I am astounded at the price of almost £5 for four pieces of plastic each containing a rubber washer, which is why I am knocking off one star.

Easy way to smarten up the look of a radiator and make all radiators match. See attached video. Separating the rubber ring from the cap using a screwdriver makes installation easy. If the cap doesn’t fit snuggly, and feels loose, just take the cap off, raise the rubber ring to the top of the valve and put the cap back on.

Theses are ok and fit over the valve top with the aid of a rubber washer. It is purely a cap and does not enable open or close of the valve. Easily pulled off by children

There is a rubber washer inside the cap that helps it stay on but it can be a bit tight fitting over the radiator valve spindle. Otherwise I think it capped off things very nicely.

They fit all my radiators which were different sizes

Not even worth 1 star. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Absolute rubbish and not fit for purpose. Comes with a make do hard rubber washer and a plastic cap that just falls off every time you walk past.

The rubber stopper inside the caps are round, my spindles are hexagonal so I couldn't use the rubber stoppers. I used some double sided tape to hold the caps in place. Seems to be working so far.

Yo tuve que cortarlos un poco por que eran demasiado grande para los mios, pero funcionó y la goma interna se ajustó bien. Como solo lo quiero temporalmente por que a mi hijo le llega a la altura de la cara y no quería que hubiese un accitente por una tontería, así que para eso me vale, pero no lo recomiendo para otra cosa la verdad. Con un buen golpe se caen.

A rubber insert shoved into an white plastic cap. FYI, they only slot into your radiator valve, they won’t turn the physical valve.
