I spent an hour at the salon trying to get this out with Joico and it left my hair bleached with pastel pink. It actually looked worse than when I was just trying to let the pink fade. The problem is with the ingredients in this product. They do not react well chemically to being removed. The pastel pink we were left with wasn’t the dye but from a chemical in the dye that won’t lift. You are probably aware that the pink is super bright and strong, and adding conditioner (or the Color Liberator from the same company) is great for diluting the brightness. Also experiment with how long you leave it in before rinsing.
