Why is my GLOfacial not turning on/not charging?

To turn your GLOfacial on, press and hold the power button until you hear a beep. Now you can choose your desired suction mode. If your GLOfacial is not turning on, please allow it to charge for ~ 2.5 hours to last 40 sessions.
