Is there a difference between this version by synapses games? I thought tritan noir designed it and greater than games published it?

My box has both Triton Noir and Ubisoft logos on it. After a brief look, it would appear that the Synapses Games part is simply a distributor. The components in my game are all the same as those listed on BGG and, after watching rules videos and such, there seems to be absolutely no difference in rules and play. There are only the character (assassin) plastic models in this game box - everything else is cardboard in some way or form - but that by no means changes anything. My group and I have had a blast with this game. It's fun, innovative, and keeps you thinking together. If anything, I think the plastic model quality might be worse than the KS version, but that is a minor issue at best. Easily fixed by a good mini-painter (like myself) or by simply spray painting the assassins a nice shade of white! Hopefully this helps!

For what age is it suitable?

Ages 12+ shuold find it challenging but entertaining. Very similar to the assassin creed 2 video game. If they can handle hobby painting then the miniatures are quite good. Plenty of online how to play videos too.
