I have a senior dog who is having a lot of accidents on my new carpet. At first, I tried another brand of carpet cleaner that was supposed to eliminate the urine odor. It had a terrible smell and didn't remove the stains. I purchased the Resolve cleaner and was very pleased. I sprayed it on a yellow bile stain, where my dog had thrown up. It removed it immediately. It's also removed stool stains, mud, and even a cherry soft drink that I spilled. I also love the way it smells. This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used.

I really liked this product. Unfortunately it arrived to me with one of the spray bottles almost half empty as it had leaked in the box. The scent can be overwhelming. But when used correctly it absolutely lifts stains even the hard ones. If you're going to use this product read the application process first so you understand exactly how much you need to spray. Overall I would definitely use this product again.

I have a cat who is very prone to hairballs. The hairballs tend to sometimes leave marks in the carpet if I don't catch them soon enough, and this has been my secret weapon for those stains lately. I highly recommend it, and it doesn't bother the cat at all. It's very easy to use: just clean the area first, then spray it with this and leave it for 5 minutes. Come back later and throw some paper towels on the ground, step on them to soak them up, and ta da!

This is a product that works. I won’t use anything else. I’ve got 4 cats but have rescued cats, kittens, & a few dogs over the past 25 years. It’s quick & effective & priced better than many products that claim to do the same job.
