So far so good. Just received this an an emergency replacement for my old fashioned 'wheel on the edge' paper cutter. It works very well and is amazing light-weight. This little thing is not going to cut multiple sheets - I would not use it with more than 3 sheets of A4 stacked together to cut, but as a cheap paper cutter I don't think I can fault this. It takes a bit of getting used to having to line up the paper with this type of design but when you have the hang of it, it's fine. Would buy again if needed

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this trimmer works, the ruler lifts up so you can align your item to cut well. I would have liked a slightly sharper blade as I sometimes have to trim paper dust/fluff away left behind by the first cut but overall good value for money

I've had a paper trimmer for many years, it was a left over from when I was in business. It's been a faithful cutter but it really is starting to show its age. I decided it was time to get a replacement. I was looking for a more compact type as I don't have the room I used to have. When I saw this one, it seemed to fit the bill, and so I ordered it.It arrives in a bubble pack but the type that you can slide the cardboard backing out. On the back of this card is the simple instructions and all in English.The cutter is plastic which makes a lot lighter than previous metal one. Although it is plastic it feels strong but like everything these days you have to look after it. I love the way that the work area is kept small and that you can pull out an arm for measuring larger pieces of paper or card. Although its rare that you need to cut paper at an angle, the work surface has guides for 45º, 60º and 75º. Another great feature is that the cutting ruler lift up for easier alignment of the paper.In use, the cutter works well. It cuts with nice clean edges on both edges. Some do have a tendency to serrate the edge of the surplus paper.All in all this is a nice paper trimmer and it only cost me a little over £11 which isn't bad.UPDATE (18/2/19):This trimmer has had moderate use since its purchase and I find it's getting harder to cut paper, even single sheets.

For the price I paid, it was actually a decent paper trimmer. Came with two blades, which are about a fiver on their own.

Worked quite well but wasn’t as accurate as I’d hoped it would be. The item itself seemed quite flimsy but overall a good product.

I like to make crafts with my boys, therefore I bought this paper trimmer in order to cut paper easily. I have to say, it is really easy to use and save our time. It also safe for my boys to use even I am not there.

Really helpful to cut photos to size. I use a lot of fridge magnets and print photos of the family to put into the fridge magnets. I was cutting the photos using scissors but the edges waren't precise. This trimmer cuts beautifully and the edges are perfect.
