Bought to improve my muscle strength as I have recently had a bad back from poor movement. I have an outdoor job so it’s important for me to be in good physical shape. Since taking them I do feel healthier and stronger, also have noticed an improvement in mood. I have also got my dad to take them as he is in poor health at the moment and thought these might help with his immune system. He doesn’t get out much anymore either so sunlight is a rarity! The capsules are not too big, I can’t swallow the huge ones! They arrived quickly and well packaged. Not tried any others before but highly recommend these if looking for a vitamin d supplement.

Great product, gels easy to swallow and by having early supply I will not run out by any surprise. We started taking the softgels with my 16 years old daughter and are happy avoiding autum colds. We will have stronger immune system and lack of sun will not disturb our organism much as supplement will cover body needs.

Easy to swallow vitamin D, does what it says. I live in Ireland and we get sweet f all sunshine and feel this contributes to what I am missing on a daily basis.
