I really like how the eyeshadow applies, and looks on, my eye lids. It goes from cream to a powder and feels smooth and nice. I didn't have a bad reaction like other types of shadows I've tried.

The cream eyeshadow is, well, creamy and glides on smoothly. It's exactly what you'd expect a cream shadow to do. The product is enclosed in a really cute tube and has an attached blending brush. However, This color, #86 just didn't work for me. You couldn't even tell I had it on which is a little bizarre as it has a slight shimmer and is darker than my skin tone. It will probably work well as a highlighter to a darker shade on me, but it can't be worn by itself and be noticed.Now the second color #3 definitely was more visible and more to my liking. It's shade was a bit more than subtle which is what I wanted, and went on just as smoothly as I expected!

The color I bought didn't look like the photo & it's too light on me.

It fell out the first time i used it, i put it back in but it wont stay in. A nice color but cant use since it wont stay in~~ A bit disappoined~~

I am all about the cream makeup products now that I'm in my 50s, and I don't need all the glitter, thank you. I like this eyeshadow pencil a lot. It goes on soft and blends well. I really, really like that this has its own little blending brush on the back. It's the perfect brush density and size to blend really well. This color (86) is a pale pinkish taupe. It's actually a near match for my skin tone, which I wasn't expecting, but it has some opacity so it works well as a base shadow for me. The creamy texture seems to make powder shadows stay put when applied over it. It's not shimmery or glittery, which I like. Overall really like this and find myself using it quite a bit. Now I want to try other colors as well.

I have tested colors #86 (lighter) and #87 (darker). Both colors have not been exactly as expected.Color #86 is lighter than I thought it would be based on the product photo, but this has pleasantly worked out in my favor as it blends into my skin color so well. I use it under my brows and it looks very natural but a little more polished. I loved it so much I ordered a darker shade for my lids.Color #87 is lighter and more orange than I expected it would be. My second photo shows color #86 (left, lighter shade) and #87 (right, darker shade) side by side. As you can see, color #87 is a warm peachy-tan.It blends well with the lighter shade and still looks pretty natural, but I would have preferred a darker neutral shade. I do love the consistency and application/blendability of these eye shadow sticks so I may go ahead and order an even darker color, but will do so knowing to expect some variation in exact shade. What I love about these sticks is that unlike most eyeshadows, they don't seem to amplify the fine lines my "mature" skin has acquired. The brush on the opposite end is convenient for blending. They go on creamy but in about 15 minutes they have set and look very natural.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I ordered three and they were all very different. The first two color was not accurate at all. One looked almost white on my face, and the other very orange. However the third one I ordered was a darker shade of brown and it was exactly what I was looking for. The eyeshadow goes on like a cream and dries. It does take a bit of time for it to dry so keep that in mind as part of your daily make up routine. I ended up giving three I ended up giving three stars because the one that ended up being a polar. I actually liked worked really well. Just be careful which colors you order.
