China Portion Control Plate for Weight Loss Word

Love this! Now I know what portion size is the correct amount - I was having maybe double to 3 times what I should!!! LolHelped with my weight loss. Also just a really good quality plate ... Ive used this plate every night since Iv had it and dishwashered it every night and no paintwork/pattern cone off at all - so pleased and impressed - worth the £ - great item 👍🏻

Centre of plate with portion print good size but then outer white rim is huge. Bought china plate so can microwave also.

It seems a simple enough concept but this plate has allowed me to lose 4.5lbs in exactly one week! I must have been overestimating portions to quite a degree, especially the carbs! I recommend it thoroughly. Stick to the sizing on the plate and advice on leaflet and it works! I have been hungry but watching the weight come off every day has spurred me on.

Bit bigger than expected

So glad l bought this. I actually have more on my plate using this than usually did, but with this l can see correct portion size for each food group, which will help me with my weight loss. Definitely recommend.

Compared to other plates that don't limit the space they use to divide it up which I've used before and felt is still prone to allowing people to overeat, I feel this would actually help people to portion control.

It is a lot of money for what it is, to be honest I found a plate in the cupboard the same size, and I know what I should put on my plate I just don’t !!

I-LOVE-THISI have been complaining of acidity and indigestion and find it hard to eat smaller portions. This really provide good guidance which enables me to do so. Has helped preventing me from overeating.
