I was going to get Gummies and see what the hype was about, But thought I'd get the actual liquid form as it's a no brainer for the price! I haven't seen any change other then feeling a little jittery of you have to much at once first thing in a morning so if you are sensitive to it just put more water with it! Made me feel horrible and I craved sugary things for some bizarre reason. Once I had a little sugar I was fine. Not sure what that's about. If anyone can shed light it would be appreciated but I will try to do more research and figure out. No huge change as I have been drinking it for 2 weeks now. But main thing is value for money compared to the tablets and gummies. As long as you are not bothered about the taste.
