No Not this one, but OGX does make a shampoo and conditioner specificly for hair growth and thicker hair. You will Just have to research it to find the right one.

Is this "color safe" & wont remove salon hair color?

I don't know about all that I would use a color safe shampoo I have a perm so I use it to keep my curls looking beautiful and easy to manage!
