The figurine looks really good and feels solid. It really doesn't feel like something that would break easily - hence my blame on the shipping company, not the manufacturer. The quality is very good. It's a bit pricey, but honestly worth the quality and aesthetic of the knight. The details are great - the paint isn't sloppy and all over the place, the colors are bold, and the chail mail looks realistic - all good things. The pen sword that comes with it is really nothing special, as expected, and it is very long. I'll probably just replace it with any other nice pen. As far as the overall size, it's probably bigger than you expect. I would use a ruler to be sure you want it for its actual size. Weight is perfect. It's heavy, sturdy and durable. I'll be returning this one in hopes of one that's intact, but I think I'll be very pleased when it arrives. If you're afraid of it being low quality like many of the other versions of these cheaper "knight pen holders", don't be. I was scared but very pleased. For anyone who appreciates the history behind the Knights Templar, its a very cool-looking desk piece.

All the pictures on Amazon show the arms are even but the one that arrived has the arms at an angle so the pens slide off. It is very frustrating. Have to have it up against something so the pens don't slide down the arms or try to make sure something of the pen can get stuck on left hand (the one higher) so that it does not slip off. It is annoying. Any slight bump, and the pen slides off. It is well put together and sturdy - just pretty useless as a holder.
