It says distilled but then says "our pure distilled water is processed by running over an ion exchange resin bed". it's de-ionised not distilled!

I called Lucemill and they do steam distill the water as well, it's not just ionised water. The description did sound suspicious but I think they thought that would be covered by calling it distilled water and didn't consider some people might try to pass off deionised water as distilled!
