QED-Silver Anniversary XT Speaker Cable, 1m

I ordered this cable as I had to relocate my amplifier. I was using a very expensive cable over a slightly shorter run.I soldered the z plugs on and fitted heat shrink to insulate and channel /polarity indication. fitted the cables into my system and played music for days, before critical listening. The difference between both cable was startling, instruments and voices seperating out and more clearly defined, mid range and treble searing well above my expectations, Bass is very tuneful, if a little light footed, but as my system as a sub woofer to boost bass this is easily compensated. Several weeks after purchasing I am able to place instruments in a sound stage and revel in the macro detail that is present, especially in Vinyl replay, very worthwhile speaker cable

It's QED, the Rolls Royce of speaker cable in my opinion and as a confirmed audiophile I wouldn't use any other brand, I did a lot of research on this cable when I started to build my new system which consists of a JBL MA310 receiver, JBL L52 classic speakers and a JBL Stage subwoofer, why would I spend a lot on all that gear and not use top notch cable ?It had to be QED, and it was well worth the investment, great sound and clarity ✅

Great value speaker cable that arrived super quick from a small business. Was pleasantly surprised to find a hand written note from the owners offering support with my purchase as well as a personal thanks for the order. Purchasing online has become so functional and distant that it was great to finally break that mould. 😁😁

Not only has this slightly improved the sound quality of my setup compared to my old wire, but asthetically it is very pleasing. When placed agaisnt a white wall or skirting board it pratically disappears. I'm going to buy some more for my rear speakers, not for sound quality but because it's looks a darn sight better than having brown wire all over the skirting boards.

I have Wharfedale 225 speakers and Yamaha s501 amplifier. This QED cable didn't do any difference compared to my old £0.35/ meter cable. I did A / B test with both cables connected to the speaker and switching the outputs from amplifier. I tried very hard to hear a difference but couldn't tell any of them apart, not even a subtle one.

Proved to be too thick for my terminals - my fault I should have checked, managed to find some banana clips (IXOS) that worked and have managed to lnk everything together. Sound is great clear and precise high and mid-tones and an improvement in bass reproduction compared to the cable provided with the player

Not the best speaker in the world to use, seems to be of a small x sectional area. I use the silver Anniversary original and find this a better cable to terminate.
