No problems at all perfect

Just so readers can differentiate, this is a review of the 2023 vinyl re-issue. This has been mastered from the original tapes in 2022 by Chris Bellman and, as you would expect, it sounds fantastic, no doubt helped by the quality of Zappa’s recording from back in the day. The record is well pressed and is flat without ticks or pops to be heard. I’m not sure which plant has pressed it but it does have a Made in Poland on the rear of the shrink wrap.This is rightly considered one of his best albums and along with Hot Rats and One Size Fits All, may be a good place to start if you’re a Zappa noob and are overwhelmed by the sheer number of records he issued during his lifetime (and many more since his untimely passing). Highly recommended.

The Music is a matter of opinion (I personally have always considered this one of Franks highlights)LP is 2014 quality pressing. Analogue sourced - up to FZ standard. No physical warping. Dead quiet between tracks. Cover art is a good copy, Inner bag is poly lined. Sounds amazing on my mid priced Marantz/ Audio Technica system.It's Apostrophe(') - enough said - Get it while you can!

For those interested, this pressing of apostrophe is possibly the best yet, and to top it all off, is on 180g which just adds to the greatness of the albumThe music is stellar, ranging from catchy pop rock tracks (don’t eat the yellow snow) to the instrumental title track featuring Jack Bruce on bass in a moody, 6 minute adventure.From the humorous lyrics on the first 4 tracks to the stellar jazz rock songs which harken back to the early days of frank zappa, this is a staple for any frank zappa fan and a must listen on vinyl.

Re-issued by the Zappa family - the vinyl version is from the original analogue master tape and it sounds as fresh as the day it was laid down. If you are a fan of all things Zappa you won't be disappointed. Great music from the madcap maestro and a great production / pressing.

Se parte do pressuposto de quem compra já sabe do que o álbum se trata, então vou falar do vinil em si.Geralmente tenho alguns problemas com prensagem novas, já que deixam a desejar e são vendidos como produtos de luxo e com preços bem salgados.Este é excelente, com bom peso e reprodução magnífica. A mixagem está ótima apesar de tirar um pouco do grave presente nas gravações originais.Toca muito bem.
