Really easy to use and does a great job

I brought this for my friend, he loves it but he is so scared when he pulls it very hard and then things fall off from the main hole then hitting on his face, it's not happened yet he just imagines it in his head! I recommend buying two strings left and right are better than feeling secure!

Good home tummy-tightening exercises at home, its small size makes it easy to store away. Great for beginners, those who don't go to the gym (or those who generally hate exercising). Box looks ancient but is a good piece of kit. It does what it says on the box and great for the price. The spring is just right - not too loose nor stiff.

I RECEIVED THIS ABOUT A WEEK AFTER ORDERING. I PUT MY YOGA MAT OUT THEN GOT THE EXERCISER OUT OF THE BOX. IT LOOKED SMALL BUT THE SPRING LOOKED STURDY. I THEN HIT A SNAG, I WAS WEARING TRAINERS AND THEY WOULDN'T FIT IN TO THE STIRRUPS. THESE WERE BASIC TRAINERS NOT CHUNKY ONES AND I AM A SIZE 7. THERE WAS NO WAY OF ADJUSTING THE SIZE OF THE STIRRUP SO I HAD TO TAKE MY TRAINERS OFF AND USE THE EXERCISER THAT WAY. ITS A BIT MIS-LEADING AS THERE IS A PICTURE OF A WOMAN WEARING TRAINERS ON THE BOX USING THE EXERCISER. I HAVE USED THE EXERCISER FOR A FEW DAYS NOW AND I DO FEEL WITH CONSISTENCY THIS WILL HELP REDUCE MY STOMACH. I DO OTHER EXERCISE ASWELL SO TIME WILL TELL.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Good value for the money

I did not like this product because it is weak and compare by the one I bought years back it is smaller. Although it is in the exactly same box and same picture and pattern and size outside but inside is smaller and weaker. I am afraid to do the exercise with this product as the spring is short and weak and dangerous for me to use. This is good for kids not adult.

Arrived earlier than scheduled (not complaining - beat my sister's order for similar from another supplier - so gloating rights) we have all used these and can feel shoulder muscles working so happy with them Bought these as my mother can no longer get to gym to use rowing machine and she says you can 'row' with this at home

Having read other reviews, which documented sudden and dramatic failures of this item, I was not I suppose expecting that much. Each time I use it, I am expecting something to snap - but so far, my anxieties are unwarranted. This is one of those simple bits of kit which does what it says on the tin - an inexpensive way of doing a limited number of tummy-tightening exercises. I think it works, and that it is good for the price, provided it lasts longer than a few weeks.
