I chose this set because I thought metal would be better than plastic, and less likely to be broken.The set is fairly durable. Which is great. But the teapot lid already lost the handle the first day. The pieces all only fit in the box when placed just so. And the tray got bent up really easily. To say the metal is fairly thin.Otherwise, this set is adorable. Yes, there may be nicer options available but we are happy overall with this set.

This is a cute little tea party set. My daughter loves to play with it. I wish the size was slightly bigger. Colors are very subtle, not too bright. It can make a nice gift.

My 2 granddaughters (4 and 2) spent hours having tea parties over the Christmas holiday. I was served “donuts and coffee” more times than I can count!
