The company very helpful to warn of side effects but sadly I got them despite taking a vitamin they suggested to counteract. I have the genetic mutation C677T MTHFR and was occasionally taking a cheaper supplement of methyl folic acid. This did not produce side effects and helped with sleep and energy levels
