Makes Perfect Tortillas!
I was a bit wary because of how light this was, but I needn’t have worried: the tortilla came out just perfect. You do get a bit of oil spillage when you flip it, however: next time I’ll do it over the sink. To get great results, though, you can’t just chuck all the ingredients in and hope for the best. Here’s my method, adapted from Omar Allibhoy's: crack, whisk and add salt to 6 large eggs. Then, fry finely sliced white onions in olive oil with a few pinches of salt until the onions are light brown and are starting to caramelise. Remove with a slotted spoon from the oil and stir into the egg mixture. Add more oil to the pan, heat and deep-fry the finely sliced (about 2-3mm) potatoes in the oil until they start to soften and brown at the edges. It’s a lot of oil, but you can decant it afterwards, store it in the fridge and use it for 6-8 more tortillas. Remove the potatoes with a slotted spoon and add to the egg mixture. Stir, and let the mixture stand for 15-20 minutes. This is the stage that makes ALL the difference. Add a bit more salt at this stage, if you think it needs it. Re-heat the pan (you don’t need any more oil), pour in the mixture, shake to settle it and fry for 2 minutes on high heat, 2 minutes on low heat (small gas burner). Flip the pan and repeat. What I love about this is it’s so easy to return the first side to the heat if it isn’t done enough. Like I said, perfect tortillas, and so easy to use (especially for someone like me, who can only use one hand!) Highly recommended.

Terrible item, avoid as plague
Can't imagine who is giving this pan four or five stars, since it's definitely unusable, or maybe two different versions are being sold on the market, one that works and another one, which I had the misfortune to buy. First and foremost, the pan is extremely lightweight and flimsy. Meaning, that the crappy handle (which is prone to break after a few uses) is heavier than the pan itself. Therefore if you heat oil in the empty pan, you have to hold it with one hand, otherwise it will just fall. This leads to funny situations, when you have to get something, which happens to be out of your reach. Also, the pan doesn't heat up evenly, producing half-baked, dubious quality of food. Then comes the issue with closing the pan and flipping it. Well, it doesn't seal properly, so prepare to spread the stuff you are cooking all over your fireplace. Another problem is the handle. It's secured by low quality clips and a spring, extremely easy to melt if you are a bit brave with the heat setting or don't position it properly on the gas stove. Although I feel bad about buying such c**p, at least I know that I should avoid Ibili items on the market at all costs.

Bought to make Spanish Tortillas, and it is wonderful.
I bought this for my mum, as my parents (myself included) have all lived in Spain and my mum started making Spanish Tortillas when out there after trying them in a Spanish café. Her tortilla pan had become battered and the non stick was coming off. As she makes a lot of tortillas, she needed a new pan that was hard wearing and does the job well. This pan does. I attempted to make an omelette in it, and it wasn't that good for that- it all went to pieces and looked more like scrambled egg when I managed to scrape it onto my plate. That might just be my fault, though- maybe I added too much milk. I'm used to making an omelette in a pan, then putting it in the grill to do the other side, which works perfectly. But, for Spanish tortillas, it is amazing. TIP- For an exciting twist to a Spanish tortilla, add red peppers, parsnips and Cajun spice. :)

Wobbly bottoms
Not the best quality, with oily leaks when flipping the pans over. The pans also do not have the flattest of bases and as such makes them wobbly on the hob

It's great for doing those "Thick" loaded omelettes
It's great for doing those "Thick" loaded omelettes, both pans can also be used separately as small frying pans, and the handles come off (press of a button) if you want to pop them in the oven, all that for less than a Tenner, real good value for money!

Helaas moeten terug sturen. Pan zou geschikt zijn voor alle warmtebronnen, dat was niet het geval. Dat was een tegenvaller. Omschrijving klopt dus niet.
