Ordered the item and selected 11.5 size. Required 2-day shipping for an event I needed it by. I was sent a size 8 and saw that Amazon had changed my order to a size 8. Returned the item, but Amazon won't refund the shipping.The shoe itself is like it is pictured. The color was what I was looking for and the material has a nice sturdy feel. the body is very narrow-will not work if you have large ankles. It would have fit me if Amazon's system had not switched sizes during the order process.Would gladly give more stars for the product and speed of delivery, but have to take major stars off for Amazon messing this up, and not refunding everything-including the fast shipping I paid for which is now a waste since I will not have the item I need in time for the event.

Looks good but, as stated on the box, this is a wide fit. It should be advertised as wide fitting so buyers know what they’re getting.
