It has taken two years to get to a position where I can make this review. I’ve known for many years that I have been low on B12 but it’s been extraordinarily difficult to find a supplement which suits my sensitive disposition. I began by trying a B12 spray which I found made my digestive system extremely sluggish. I then tried sublingual drops by several different brands but they caused the same sluggishness as well as some of them having sweeteners added. For a while I used a B12 transdermal cream which I could never be sure was that effective. I then tried patches which although helped were expensive for every day use. So I happened across these sublingual drops by YogaNutrition. No artificial sweeteners but naturally flavoured with cranberry and cinnamon in a ionic copper solution. The cranberry/cinnamon is a lovely subtle flavour which reminds me of Christmas. I started with just 2 drops a day and after several days with no problems, moved to 3 drops and so on until I could take 14 drops a day. What a difference! No sluggishness and my energy levels have improved no end. I believe that the B12 being in a ionic copper solution is making the difference. I am mightily impressed, this has been a lifesaver and I just hope to heaven they don’t stop making it!

Pretty amazing. I have been taking B12 in pill form for a while, but this stuff is much easier to digest, and tastes good. The end-result is an edge of additional energy that kicks in a little faster too.

This is a great energiser and a pure product, tastes sweet like a childhood medicine!I do find it overstimulating though ie 1/2 pipette dose will disturb my sleep for up to 3-4 nights even if taken at 6am! So am taking sparingly and trying to work out an effective dosage/protocol.

After a long illness this Vit B12 liquid upped my energy levels therefore good for mood as I am able to function without fatigue throughout day and enjoy my evenings then fall into a good nights sleep waking refreshed. I cannot tolerate ANY KIND of E additives etc. this is good clean Vit B 12, easy to use, just add one filled stopper of the liquid under the tongue for 20 seconds (this is the best area for absorption) then swallow, it is a nice fruity taste. Very Good Customer Support when I had an enquiry. Will be looking at other products by Yoga Nutrition. Recommend.

I went vegan and got this this to help boost my B12 levels. I didn’t feel it worked as I was still fatigued despite following a clean diet and taking supplements so after two years I’m no longer a vegan. It could work better for someone who isn’t auto immune but it just didn’t seems to help me.

This high quality vitamin B really works, you feel more energised about 15 mins after taking. Highly recommended

I placed the order late on Friday afternoon so I was doubtful whether the order would arrive by the promised date and time (before 13:00 on the next day - Saturday). I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived around 12:15 the very next day as promised! The product itself is very easy to take - just squeeze the dropper's bulb and suck up the recommended amount into the dropper (the amount is marked) & drop into the mouth. And it has a very pleasant taste which lingers. I've tried other similar products which irritated my mouth - but not this one.

Love this and will be ordering more as soon as the bottle is halfway down. It hold an astonishingly good amount of B12, and the dosage is perfect. I've never felt better.
