Opticlear Lens Wipes Review - What Else Did You Expect Me To Call It?
Dear Amazon FriendsI'm not being paid by Amazon to write this, I don't work for Opticlear either. I don't even wear glasses! Read on...If you find yourself here, a troubled-soul, with fading hope of ever getting a perfect lens wipe, then all hope is not lost. Stick the kettle on, and prepare to giggle with glee. Just like you, I also once thought that I'd never find a wipe that I'd love enough to keep purchasing it, over and over...I'm a geek at heart, I'm getting on a bit, and I buy expensive gadgets often. I take blooming good care of them. I'm the kind of freak you meet, who takes his mobile phone out of its contamination-free case, and it looks like it just left the shop! What's annoying to many is, that even 2 years on, it doesn't look a day older. Which is where this review is born from.Clean it on my shirt sleeve? Please don't use that language in front of the children...!I buy/use lots of wipes!Hang on, that's not entirely true, sorry.** I buy/use an OCD amount of wipes **I have tablets, phones, expensive computer screens, camera gear etc., etc. Modern touch devices are really lovely right? (No reply necessary)But the sad thing is, the freak who designed these super touch devices (or heck, even glasses/lens) also designed their vision of greatness to look pristine and clear right up to the point where we put our fingers on them.Ever sneezed on your phone screen? You're disgusting! Take yourself outside right now and have a proper talk to yourself !I've tried lots of wipes over the years, I've even written a review about another brand on Amazon UK.UNLESS THIS Opticlear WINNING FORMULA is changed, I will not buy/try a different brand! There really is no point. Is my recommendation clear enough yet? I know - I know, a pun was inevitable.I've found a brilliant/cost effective wipe that works for all my über-cool tech gear, and hey, as I approach the age of needing correction for really close viewing, they'll also be used for glasses too in future! Who knew! The logical thinker within me (it's a curse) did pause to think. Am I qualified as a non glasses person, to be able to write an accurate review about these wipes? Please know, I've been buying these for ages now. This is not being written after a small/insignificant trail period. The truth is, when I wipe my many gadgets, they become completely as-new, and streak-free. I can easily see that there is nothing left behind. Plus, I'm wiping (in the main) a screen protector, not the glass on each device. I am therefore sure that it'll be completely fine for every application. In fact I've just wiped a pair of glasses, that hadn't been cleaned for a good while (belong to my Mother) - they removed all grime perfectly. There is no reason not to love these wipe, love their price, and how effective they are. Yes I'd gladly pay more for them too. I can now confirm without doubt, whether you have OCD with either expensive tech gadgets, glasses, or photographic equipment - these are a one size fits all solution.Since using them - I've never opened the sealed packets and had a single dry wipe. They are so well made/sealed at the factory. If you're reading this completely frustrated with that very issue, trust me, I feel your pain. If you are tired of opening a pack of 24 wipes, and having 8 you can't use, I had that t-shirt too. But not anymore.Had I not been 100% recommending these Opticlear wipes from Amazon UK, I wouldn't have taken time out of my lazy Sunday afternoon to spend 25 minutes sharing my opinions with anyone here who seriously needed new purchasing options due to frustration. If I am happy with the results, then I don't see a single reason why anyone else (with or without OCD) wouldn't be over the moon either. You'll be pleased to know you can stop reading now. Go pour that drink, and click on the add-to-basket icon.TIP: After you wipe your instrument of choice clean, rub the wipe between your fingers. When you then use your phone/gadget, etc - you won't smear it straight away! Plus, I use one side for the screen side, and turn it over and rub the rear and sides with the opposite side of the wipe. Remember I have OCD, so it may not shock you to know I rinse my hands before I use them. In my mind, there's, not an awful lot of point transferring stuff from my hands to the wipe, to then wipe the screen with it.I like chocolate digestives...All the best

🎶I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW THE SMEARS ARE GONE🎶🕺🕺🕺
Great product that does what it says on the can. 156 lens wipes sealed individually in easy tear foil strips. Each wipe is big enough to thoroughly clean one lens, before it dries. The wipes are perfectly moistened to remove all traces of fingerprints, dust, dirt and dried raindrop stains etc etc. Not too wet, so your glasses, or whatever, dry quickly without smearing. Perfect size for carrying a few in your pocket, wallet or purse etc.I use a screen stylus on my tablet, so no fingerprints on the screen, but even the stylus leaves little round imprints where the keyboard pops up. Even proprietary glass cleaner wouldn't remove them completely, but these wipes did. Very competitively priced, too.Excellent 👌👍!.

5 stars all the way
Have just ordered more. There were a couple of mixed reviews before I purchased initial 6xpacks - So wasn't sure if they'd be the quality they should be.So pleased I purchased them, they clean our glasses smear free, iPhone/iPad screens smear free... My little boy takes 2 sachets to school in his trouser pockets and now comes out of school with glasses that he can see through!Though, frustratingly, they are so good that I've given lots away to friends... So at this price, have had to order more... Instead of giving them away now, just recommending friends to buy them from hereSummary: The wipes have a lovely clean fresh smell and lenses dry in seconds smear freeSo handy for children taking to school or keeping a couple of sachets in your handbag or pocket for specs, sunglasses, phones, tablets.Cleans well, even little boys grubby finger prints! My local optician sell these wipes at around £5 per box, this is 6 boxes for this priceBuy in absolute confidence of quality and value for money

They’re ok.
Ok…… these wipe do clean but just not enough for me.Used on my glasses and whilst they did a bit of a clean, they didn’t really make much of a difference.Ok for the price.

The more the merrier
This product meets all the requirements outlined on the packet "100% smear free; Kind to coatings and quick drying" and is the perfect solution for me and, I expect for many others, whether or not you wear spectacles. As an octogenarian with long eyelashes (the envy of my late wife and female progenies) my regular eye-watering results in smears which distort my vari-focalised bespectacled vision. I have tried an assortment of remedies, most of which are time consuming and two-part, eg spraying lens cleaner, then drying and polishing the delicate coated lenses. The Opticlear wipes do both tasks very efficiently, wet cleaning and dry polishing, and (if you're quick enough) cleaning your mobile phone or IPad screen as well. Very convenient individual sachets are easily stored, carried and used. If you're prepared to buy a number of 26 sachet packs, then this represents excellent value for money
