Love it
Since the first night I got it he plays with it everyday for multiple hours at a time. It's teaching him recipes it's teaching him how to read a recipe it's absolutely fantastic. Everything is connected so there's only a few pieces that have to stay with it which makes it super easy for kids. It's fun it's got tons of colors and lights. It's not too loud but still loud enough for the kids to hear the sounds and the music. And for something this big it was cheap. Very well made

Great fun for the little potion maker
My Granddaughter is one of the great potion makers and this playset matches her perfectly. It’s fun and creative.

Pretty cool cauldron
My grandson loves this. I was skeptical at first because some reviewers said it didn’t work. I bought it on sale and it works great. He’s used it several times. It still works. I am however, glad I got it on sale. I do feel like it’s a bit pricey but I would recommend. It’s been fun.

Stopped working within 48 hours
Toy arrived with batteries leaking acid into the battery compartment. I replaced with new batteries, and cleaned up the compartment. It worked all of 2 days. This was my 4 year old favorite birthday toy. Return window closed, I really just want it replaced! @littletykes

Littlest witch loves it
Gifted to my four year old niece. She’s very big on Kiki’s Delivery Service and all things “witchy” right now so this went over well. The book contains “recipes” to add the small items (“ingredients”) to the cauldron, I guess there’s some sensor or something to play a sound?Whenever it dies I mostly just envision this being very cute and sturdy living in the back yard full of mud and leaves and flowers. We scored it on sale for half off and it seemed well worth that.

The Good & the Bad
My daughter wanted this so bad. It is out-of-stock most of the time. Third party sellers are charging double for it. I found it in stock on Amazon, after keeping an eye on it, and bought it two months before my twins birthday. I gave it to my daughter for her b-day recently, and she was so excited!And... it didn't work correctly. The way it works is you turn the page of the book and pour water over the frog. There are several different "spells", and kids can add the ingredients to the water (which doesn't really do anything). With ours, only the first 3 spells worked. After those, the frog would just do a loud beeeeep. When my husband tried to mess with it, the frog started doing the same spell no matter what page the book was on (the repeat what you say spell). Every time we tried to use it, it would mess up in a different way. Finally, I thought it may have a short in it. My husband opened up the bottom and saw that some of the wires were pinched. He fixed that, put it back together and it worked correctly! Lucky for us, because it was past the return/exchange window and the product was oos again anyway. The product itself and the ingredients are super cute. My twins are five and even though this is small, they love it and the size works for them. It's cute how they add the ingredients. The frog does a bunch of stuff and some of the spells are random like he may crow like a rooster or bark like a dog, etc. He changes color, repeats what you say, sings, and more. I put a towel down under it, but it still gets water everywhere. I wouldn't do this in a place that you aren't ok with getting wet.The is an expensive toy, so it is a bummer it didn't work right out of the box. We're lucky that we were able to fix it otherwise I think we would have been just out-of-luck. When it was oos everywhere, I called Little Tikes to see if they could help me, but they didn't at all, so I feel like this being broken would have gotten me a similar response. If you can find it and it's market price and it ends up working, it's a fun and cute toy!
