I looked all over the internet for a good deal on seeds as they are something I grew up with.This is the best price for the seeds. To use you squeeze the seed until it cracks and eat the white seed. Most people follow up with water. It is bitter ar first then sweet esp with water.

These seeds can be tempremental, but if you start them off in small batches you should have great results. I definately will order more.

what can i say it a fantastic medicine it works in different ways eg i notice it goes directly to any type of infection etc it cleans you up slowly its a gradual process its very strong eat raw , to much of it can make someone vomit thats over dose if eaten raw shouldnt be more than ten or twenty seeds for me i baked it in the oven for not more than 40mins which is nice i will continue to take moringa as long as i live so am very happy as i no theres more benefit yet to achieve plus it does give loose stool so its best taken after mid day thank you lot have a good day !!!!
