It took a while (a week or two) for the effect to fully manifest itself and it took a few weeks to fully revert the damage done. Creams weren't really helping while using this product (regardless of brand, purpose or price).However, as a soap, it's fairly effective on dirt.In fact, I found it really good at removing grease from hands, plates, pans and pots. It had been about as good or maybe a bit better at it than Ecover or Surcare washing up liquids and almost as good as Fairy. Eventually as I looked through everything at home I found that the ingredients had changed on this.They now contain undesirables that I would have avoided - specifically Sodium Laureth Sulfate.Ingredients on bottle listed now: Aqua, sodium laureth sundae, cocamide DEA, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, lactic acid and sodium chloride.Frankly, this is highly unethical to list ingredients that are not in the product (e.g. saying is from coconut oil) and not mention the current ingredients.Perhaps this was originally a good 'clean' product that could be labelled bio. Not today.
