Works with a tight fit
Does the job. As others mentioned rubber washer is super tight and without it, the handle is too loose. I Opposite to instructions I put rubber washer on outside then tightened nut with a wrench. That seems to be best route. It's working now

Excellent Replacement for Toto Entrada
I have a Toto Entrada toilet where the metal handle has failed (see photos submitted in other reviews). This replacement is an excellent alternative to the OEM part at 1/3 the cost. As others reviews note, as delivered, this replacement is NOT a perfect fit for the Toto. The rubber grommet that helps secure the handle to the tank is too large for the OEM handle opening. Removing the rubber grommet results in the part being too small and somewhat loose. However, unless the original mechanical lever is actually broken (unlikely), you do NOT need to use the complete replacement part. Simply unscrew the new handle from the new lever and screw the handle onto the original Toto lever. This will allow you to use the new handle and improved design with the original lever. Note: I found if I tightened the screw too much, it caused the handle to bind. Simply back it out slightly (while still being secure) and the handle moves freely.
