I wasn’t able to by this from the main supplier as they seem to have been out of stock of the whole range for ages so I was happy that Amazon had them in stock. I hadn’t realised it came with the burner too so I now have two as I’d already ordered one. This stand is a bit more contemporary than the traditional one which I preferred as the other looked more difficult to clean. I still have the traditional fondue pan so am happy with this combination. I didn’t want anything too modern, but a Swiss look. It goes nicely with the forks too. The stand is a lot stronger than other reviews said and they pan fits perfectly secure, not like, as I’ve read, the other traditional version. The pan is the full size one. I should say the pan wasn’t from Amazon. So grateful that the fondue set I originally ordered, which took months from the US, was lost in transit. I know have a much nicer set.

Über das hübsche Design hinaus handelt es sich um Chinadreck. Ähnlich wie die Fondue Gabeln mit Kirschholzgriffen der gleichen schweizer Firma wird das Rechaud zurückgehen. Es grenzt an Warenbetrug, dass diese schweizer Firma in dieser gehobenen Preiskathegorie ein in Fernost gefertiges Produkt, aus dünnstesm Blech mit scharfen gegebenenfalls zur Verletzung führenden Kanten anbietet.Keine Kaufempfehlung!!!

Sehr schöner Rechaud. Habe auch den passenden Topf dazu gekauft. Sehr elegant. Zusätzlich habe ich mir eine 6 mm runde Aluplatte als Auflage für den Topf fertigen lassen, damit der Käse im Topf nicht durch die punktuelle Hitze der Flamme anbrennt. Das wäre was, was standardmäßig sehr viel Sinn machen würde.
