I Bought This Because Of The Excellent Reviews
The reviews said that this product had a lovely fragrance. I can’t smell anything. I liked the packaging and can’t report whether it helped me sleep better, perhaps it did, who knows. Very disappointed with the non fragrance so wouldn’t buy again or recommend. I’m adding to my initial review, because while I still can’t smell much of anything I am sleeping very well, better than ever! So I have purchased another. On the sleep front I recommend!

I think it helps me get to sleep
It's very hard to say if something like this works or not but it does seem to help me with getting to sleep. It isn't a sleeping pill so its effects aren't dramatic. I like the scent but it may not be to everyone's taste. Some reviewers complain that it is very small for the price, but, in fairness, it does last for ages. There is very little plastic in the packaging but I don't really see the need for the large tin it comes in.

Lovely product to use.
I love these Scented products. Although they are quite expensive for what you get they smell lovely and the sleep one really does help. Before I used it I would wake up during the night and not be able to get back to sleep. Since using this if I wake up I can go straight back to sleep.

Jury still out on this
Used this for just over a week and I certainly got off to sleep quicker than normal. Forgot to use it one night but got off to sleep just as quick. Not sure how effective it is. Lovely tin but conten rather small.
