Very solid and the design is nice. After a while my pup stopped using the grate so I removed it and just leave the wee pad there. But few months later he started raising his leg high and usually pee on the side, and it got outside the tray onto the floor. So I ordered the other model of the same brand with a higher side wall. Overall it’s a nicest potty tray I have seen or owned.

Very sturdy!! Works well for male pups, but would like it to be larger and have option multiple walls. Sometimes they miss. Ha ha!

Great concept but my dog doesn’t use it. I think it may be too small for him. Maybe if there were various sizes, it would’ve been a better product for me.

I was looking forward to this for my new puppy however it arrived damaged. There were tears on the insert and the latch had been chewed on making it hard to keep it locked. My puppy wouldn't get near it. It's a great idea and if it wasn't damaged and my dog used it I would have given it 5 stars.

I am so glad I purchased this potty for my male doggie to use! Initially, he seemed unsure about how to use it, but I put a disposable potty mat on it and it worked!

My chihuahua did not take to using it. My order did not come with the wall either. So I gave up after two weeks of cleaning the floor around the box and I placed a blanket in it and he uses it for a dog bed instead. He loves it now
