Its very useful and does show me where I have been going wrong ! I love my spuds so I am having a little difficulty in adjusting to such a small portion but I have managed to increase my veg intake and decrease my meat and eggs. Useless for pasta though but I believe that there may be a pasta bowl out there somewhere . I am not expecting a quick fix !
