Milk Thermometer for Coffee with 175 mm Stainless Steel Probe and Clip Profes...

Works great and has made my lattes the perfect temperature. I bought an expensive Sage coffee machine and used the online advice of frothing my milk until the stainless steel cup becomes too hot to touch . Unfortunately, this usually led to my coffees being not hot enough and more lukewarm. This little thing takes the guessing out of my coffee making and I have been using it everyday for over a year. If you make coffees regularly and struggle with getting the right temperature, get one of these and you’re set.

A really nice milk thermometer. Fits nicely into the jug, nice clip to keep it secure. Looks professional, so many look ugly or have a silly logo slapped over it. Well built/robust. Not too heavy either. Would recommend highly

This is a nice little milk thermometer which we use daily with our coffee machine. I does got in the way slightly of the frothing nozzle, but not a major problem. So far it is reliable, has taken a couple of knocks without damage, and I consider a good value purchase. Can't really comment on accuracy as I have nothing to compare it with, but no reason to doubt it. East to see when the milk temperature reaches the "green" zone. Wery happy with it.

It takes the guesswork out of heating milk — especially useful when frothing — and really helps you get a feel for that sweet spot where the milk is hot, silky, and not scalded. Clear to read, easy to clip onto the jug, and responds quickly. Simple bit of kit, but it makes a noticeable difference to coffee at home. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy to use , take off the protective end cap and away you go, clear indication of temp that’s easy to read and a handy “green” area for ideal temperature of the milk!

I've tried a number of milk thermometers to use when steaming milk for my cappuccinos. This is the best I've tried for several reasons. The dial is easy to read and what I especially like are the the colors....blue up to 100° for the initial stretching of the milk, then yellow for the rest of the heating and the dark blue is where you stop the steaming. It works perfectly, and I don't even need to check the actual temperature because of the color markings. I did the ice water test for accuracy, and upon arrival it was perfect. There is a nut underneath for adjusting the temperature when needed....and most of these thermometers do need occasional adjusting (especially if you bang or drop the thermometer). There is a special tool that fits on the nut. I have one that came with a thermometer I bought a long time ago, and I assume you can find this item online if you need it (which you will eventually).

Great thermometer. Use This works great. I was always having issues with my milk being too cold — the bottom of the metal jug would feel very hot, but the coffee still ended up cold. This thermometer fixed that straight away. Size / Fit The only thing I didn’t think about was the length. It sticks out quite a bit on both my big metal jug and my small one. The clip doesn’t fit on either of the jugs I have. It would be better if the clip was more adjustable or could slide further down the stem. Overall Even though the clip doesn’t fit my jugs, the thermometer itself works really well and makes it easy to heat the milk to the right temperature every time.
