As an adult beginner pianist, still learning to read music, this book is ideal for me. It is quite thick at 207 pages long. The music is in large print and the tunes are very much paired down to basics so that I can play along and easily get the gist of the songs. Unfortunately, I'm starting to outgrow some of the pieces and would like a little more complexity in the arrangements to make them sound a little more sophisticated. That isn't a criticism of the book, more a recognition that you'll inevitably outgrow some of them as your skills develop. There is a great variety of songs and you're bound to find enough that suit your taste. They range from Hotel California, to We Will Rock You (Queen), to What A Wonderful World, and a lot more. There are songs from Michael Jackson, the Beatles and some musicals / movies such as Dr Zhivago, Wizard of Oz, and Born Free. There is enough to keep any adult beginner happy and I thoroughly recommend this book. Hope this helps in your buying decision! Review: A lovely music book to buy. - I am only a grade 1 learner on the Piano and find it very frustrating when the music I am trying to read is of small type which is not good when your eyes aren't that great but this book has been set out well with large notation which makes it very easy to read. The music book has a really good selection of songs and would be great for anyone to play too.

Easy to play tunes, would be better ring-bound
Most of the tunes are well-known, even if the titles aren’t. Very easy for anyone starting out or coming back to the piano after a long time. Only annoyance is that the book won’t stay flat, I shall always look for ring/spiral bound books in the future.

Some unusual song choices and arrangements but good format
I use this as part of suggested reading as a piano teacher, some of the simplification means the pieces end up being less than satisfying to play but other pieces provide a good range of difficulties and there's probably something for most learners.

Just the right degree of difficulty
Great for getting back to piano playing after many years.

Quite a few good pieces
As with most music books there are a few obscure or unsuitable pieces, but on the whole there are a number of very good arrangements to challenge beginners. I like that the chords are written above the musical notations, that helps enormously.

Popular Songs
I bought this as gift for my Neighbours son who only knew one tune, and constantly playing that was driving me over the edge again............

Lots of variety & large font!
Bought this as a gift for mum who is about to retire (we got her a piano keyboard to take up as a hobby). She LOVES it! It has such a variety of songs and is really easy for her to read as the font is quite large. It also arrived 3 days earlier than the expected time period which was a bonus!

Miskoop
Ik had meer veel voorgesteld van dit muziekboek. Toen het kwam was ik verbaasd. Bladzijden waren omgedraaid, muziek klopte niet, bladen ondersteboven. Ik wil terug sturen, maar is even duur als het product zelf. Miskoop. N.B. Afhandeling door verkoper tot volle tevredenheid.

50 canciones buenas y populares, SIMPLIFICADO
