Really help with the pain
So comfortable and really seem to AV stopped the pain I was getting up my legs when working 12 hr shifts on my feet! Only had them a few days but noticible difference right away, hope they last a while as are more expensive than previous ones Iv had that also worked but weren't as comfortable as these, definately a good buy if they last a while which with the look and feel of them they seem good quality

Have used these before . Help with arch support in shoes that are very flat

Comfy and snug
Nice, real nice. Obviously makes things a bit snugger too - main reason for getting mine, so if your shoes fit well already they might be a squeeze after these are in.....very comfy though and I'm very happy with them.

Painful and rubbish..... Dont buy.
Terrible.... Arch so hard it hurt my feet and unusable. Beware they charge over four pounds to return even thoigh product not good.

Brilliant!
Thesee have really helped with my over pronation. They are comfy to wear and I really can feel a difference. Excellent value for money.

Okay so far
I'm on my feet at work 10-12 hours a day averaging 25000 -30000 steps a day they are comfy so far just getting used to the different feel compared to previous innersole must say have had no pain I'm metatarsal compared to previous key

Didnt help with shinsplints
I bought these innersoles with the sole purpose to reduce or even stop shin splint pain. Although I felt no pain during activity afterwards I had even worse pain than I've had before. I would not recommend these insoles to resolve shin splint pain. They were however comfortable in use and have an interesting design. If you just need innersoles for sizing or minor support this is likely a great product but my needs were not met.
