Is this the same as MiraLax?

I've taken it for years. It's EXACTLY the same as Miralax. Exactly. Ask your doctor or pharmacist. It's a very simple, inert chemical. There's no "medicine" in Miralax. It's a simple compound that absorbs and holds water in your system. It's the only product truly safe for long term use. So it's the favorite for people on pain killers or other meds that can constipate. Best Use? Add to hot coffee or tea each morning. Dissolves immediately and has no taste or film.
