If you are installing 10Gbit over 300 feet using wire, these are the connectors.
These are the perfect connector for when you have to use a CAT6A shielded POE cable. I have terminated thousands of connectors. These make easy termination of CAT6A shielded POSSIBLE. I never had a failed connection with these, many failed connections with non-pass through on shielded CAT6A. I find CAT6 unshielded very easy to terminate when using a non-pass through connector. I am an expert, and I was an editor for the 10 Mbit to 10Gbit IEEE 802.3 Standard for twisted pair. A friend's customer wanted to run 10G between two buildings using a UPS for POE backup power and I suggested twisted pair copper wire for a distance of 320 feet. First I made sure all utility power was separated by a foot at least in conduit. Second I ordered a high quality all copper 23AWG CAT6A overall shielded cable with a Direct-Burial jacket. I confirmed the insulation size would fit the RJ45 and the exterior jacket would fit the boot and connector. This connector only works with 23AWG and staggers the wedges of the connector because RJ45 was designed for 24AWG. The pass through design insures every wedge of the connector makes a reliable connection with multiple teeth. The cable manufacturers recommend you use part of the discarded shield to wrap about the jacket clamped by the shield drain crimped by the connector shield covered by heat shrink before placing of the boot. Then place the connector in the correct tool, crimp and remove excess wire. Slide the boot over the connector and test. I charge fives times as much to terminate a CAT6A SHIELDED compared to CAT6. Use CAT6A on long haul 10G. Use shielded when you are near other Ethernet at the distant end on long haul. If you must mix with other Ethernet in a bundle over a maximum haul distance at 10Gbit, you may have to use individual strand shielded cable because foreign-distant-end cross-talk is the biggest noise interferer problem at over 200 feet causing errors. I would strongly recommend this connector if using CAT6A shielded cable. Don't use CAT6A unless you have to as CAT6 is perfect for 1Gbit in allmost all situations except when at longest length or in a tight bundle mixed with lots of short haul and very long haul.

Need the Right Tool
These connectors (RJ45 type) configured to accept and work with the larger diameter CAT6 and CAT7 individual solid diameter cables are a reasonable value. It is important to understand the term "pass through". This because when you open the outer jacket of the bundled cable, separate out the individual cable inside in either the "A" or "B" configuration on both ends, and slide them into these connectors (making certain that you slide on the provided cable protector boot first), the wires will pass through and protrude (stick out of) out the end of the connector. This is by design and intended BUT you must have the correct connector compression tool designed to flush cut off the ends while compressing the connection ends. Not having that specific type of tool on hand will both spoil your work day and stop the process. That is unless you have a precise cutter to flush cut the connection ends. Good kit with reasonably well made connectors that provide very good cover and noise suppression for these able and connectors.

Know your wire's diameter, if more than 1.2mm, get these
I have CAT6a cable with shield and apparently the wire insulation is thicker than usual CAT6a? Not sure. But most connectors for Cat6a were only 1.2mm which was too small in my case. These have a guide that you put your wires through and then with the guide in place push the wires nicely and get the work done in a jiffy. These are not cheap from any angle but the ease and the buld quality justifiea the premium.

Will not allow a good connection
I’ve crimped many an RJ45 connector and this one is the worst. The staggered/offset style, combined with a loose wire way, does not allow the pins to pierce each strand correctly. I blew through the whole set and only needed 2. Went back to my standard unshielded connector without an issue. Would not recommend.

Poor QA, Cheap connectors
Pros - When all pins are present after crimping, they work well, are sturdy, and consistent in testing. the boot is nice and the plastic on it allows for easy use thats soft on the fingers compared to other boots. Cons - They were quite the pain to get the pinout of the cabling put in right. then, i terminated about 24 different ends and out of those, 5 of them were missing a pin. had to sacrifce a connector to get these fixed. 3 stars. almost 1 if i kept finding missing pins.

Surprisingly Good
I used these for a Monoprice shielded Cat 7 cable. After the foil was removed the untwisted pairs nested well in the load bar. I crimped with a traditional crimper and it worked right away. The load bar allowed me to visually inspect the order, and I didn’t even put a tester on it to verify the termination. This was my first time using a load bar but I’d say once you get the hang of it and understand that solids are layered over the striped cables it should be a speedy installation. Don’t forget to install the plastic boot on the cable before starting the termination.

Great product, as long as you make the cables up and incorporate the screen/shielding when crimping down and using the right cable, u can't fault them Although for some devices the plastic shroud is a little intrusive and requires it being push back a little or the end of the plastic trimmed
