Quality, Professionalism, and Great Customer Service
So this was my 3rd attempt to purchase a kitchen sink sprayer attachment. The first two, though they each claimed the adapters would fit my faucet, They DID NOT. So, I decided to try this one last sprayer because the reviews stated that if it did not fit, they would have you send your faucet measurements and send you an adapter that does fit.So, I took the chance. I received the item and was very pleased with the quality and the instructions were so clear. Unfortunately the adapters that came with it did not fit so I followed the instructions emailed the seller. He responded the same day. Gave me 3 options for getting the adapter. It was quicker for me to just pick up the adapter he suggested from Lowe's for $4 than wait for him to ship one. So they refunded the $4.00 and told me exactly which one to purchase. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and customer service from the seller. They were amazing! Product is perfect and works amazing! Thank you!

Works great, simple to install.
Other than it being a little tricky to line up the threads to install it, I have no complaints. Works exactly as hoped! I use it primarily as a drinking fountain, but it also makes cleaning an awkwardly shaped sink easier. As soon as I get around to upgrading my kitchen sink, I may consider it for that faucet as well.

Nice flexible water faucet
item was very easy to install and seems sturdy. it was very nice it came with the required adapters and wrenches to install it. even comes with an allen wrench to tighten the joints if it comes lose. It will work with faucets with inside and outside threading. it moves around very easily and i can use it to rinse the entire sink as well.the only 'issue' i had is that the aerator is louder than the previous aerator but it's not too bad. but water flow is restricted a little bit since the tubing is a smaller diameter than the original faucet but that doesn't bother me unless i need to fill up a jug or something with volume.l

Work smarter not harder
This faucet has made my life so much more convenient. It was easy to install. I like the long cord it can reach across both of my sinks. It do splash quite a bit if you're not careful. The adhesive wasn't not to sticky so I added adhesive stickys I had got for shower caddy and added to it worked like a charm. I do sometimes forget to take the sprayer off before flipping the switch then I have a waterfall lol. But overall I like this.

Adjustable & comes with filters
This faucet attachment is amazing! I cant go back to the hard to remove faucet filters, to clean the mesh & washer. This has an adjustable neck, it rotates, sprays & streams, & has small replaceable filters & the faucet can be raised out of the way, to wash big pots. Very reasonably priced, & looks nice.

Good, but not perfect.
Works as intended and does what it says. 3 stars because there are a few key changes that i wish they would have considered. 1. its ergonomically awkward to hold. there should be something to grip like a silicone jacket instead of the smooth chrome finish that if your hands are wet is very easy to slip off. 2. i wish the slinky line would be a little bit longer. 3. i wish the temporary off button was able to be lock down, so you didnt have to hold the button down to keep it off, that way you can make use of both hands. 4. the nature of how it works means that if the diverter isnt set back to the faucet mode and not the sprayer before turning the faucet off, you could forget what mode it is on. if its still accidentally on sprayer then water will spray all over your wall and counter. 5. i really wish this worked like a regular kitchen side sprayer, turning on and switching from faucet automatically when you pressed a trigger. instead, you have to flip the diverter switch to turn it on. the large black button is a toggle between spray modes, and the small button is the temporary off button. decent product but could be 60% better and perfect if these changes were made.

Works great, but sprayer design has flaws
I bought two of the sink extender things for my bathrooms, and this aerator with the metal hose attachment for my kitchen sink for cleaning dishes etc.The attachment fit to my sink directly without needing the included adapters which was very fortunate. Everything hooked up as expected and there are no leaks. The hose is too long for my needs, which isn't really a negative. I just don't know what to do with the slack, and I don't want it dangling into the sink all the time. I will go to home depot or something and find a shorter hose with the same threads. The sprayer works as expected and the "air blade" pressure washing thing does have good pressure and seems like it will get the job done.Critical feedback:- My biggest complaint is the way they designed the sprayer nozzle & holster. The adhesive-backed holster is designed so that the sprayer is resting facing upwards, and the sprayer is designed to always be open when water is running. That means if you accidentally turn the water on with the valve set to the sprayer, it will spray water straight up your wall and into the room. This seems like a huge oversight to me. At the very least the nozzle & holder should be designed to rest aiming downwards, if not into the sink itself. I will likely attach an additional valve to the sprayer head, or find some other convenient attachment to control the water flow, and I will find another way to hold the nozzle so that it rests aiming into the sink.- I wish more of the thing was made of metal. The plastic is lightweight and cheap feeling, but looks good. I would pay more for a proper metal housing.- The main aerator (not the hose attachment) changes modes to spray by pulling down on it. This is not very reliable, and requires enough water pressure to keep it down. They should have used the same mechanism as the smaller rotating faucet extension product, and twist to change modes. That is more reliable and consistent.- The main aerator also kind of cross-leaks between modes. You pull down on it to get to spray mode, but it seemly wants to retract back on its own and so you get drips from the middle. Not a deal breaker, but doesn't really scream "quality".Even with all this critical feedback, I'm pleased that it hooked up easy and works as advertised, and I will be using it moving forward, likely making some modifications to improve or eliminate the shortcomings.
